A book that reflects on memory impermanence through overlapping personal narratives.

A memory is not simply an image produced by time traveling back to the original event – it can be an image that is somewhat distorted because of the prior times you remembered it.
By framing comparisons of my childhood memories and diary entries from my youth with reflections from different individuals on preserving memories, this book is a reflection on sentimentalism and memory impermanence.
Overlapping vellum sheets in specific sections show visual comparisons of my past and present memories.
